Hi loves! It’s me, Camilla-T and I just thought I would share with you my personal itinerary for roughly a week in JEDDAH that you can use to plan your own trip. Let’s get started!
STAY:
Where I stayed during my trip to Jeddah was Narcissus Obhur Hotels and Resorts. It is a beautiful 5 star luxury destination featuring various amenities such as three gorgeous restaurants, golf cart access, a private beach leading to the Red Sea, and so much more. I and my family personally stayed in the executive suite that has a winding staircase leading upstairs to the master and guest bedrooms. This particular suite is perfect if you are traveling with family or friends, as it is very spacious. It also includes a private pool that you can enjoy at any time.

EAT:
Throughout my stay, I enjoyed the continental options at the breakfast buffet at Narcissus. My usual selection consisted of creamy hot chocolate, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, and crispy pastries. The chefs also prepared additional dishes upon request. Alongside the continental options, there were a variety of Arabic dishes to try as well. For dinner, I went to The Pampa Grill, one of their featured restaurants, and had a beautiful seafood dinner on the beach. The light breeze of the Red Sea was a magnificent and relaxing addition to enjoy while dining. I also tried kharoof, a traditional Arabic dish, for the first time, and it was exquisite. I definitely recommend trying it if you want to experience some of the cultural delicacies available.

DO:
DESERT SAFARI TOUR
While in JEDDAH, I booked a desert safari trip for I and my family with My Saudi Tours. Before leaving, the hotel helped us connect directly with our guides and served us delicious tea with dates. We began the trip being picked up from the resort lobby, and took a roughly 40 minute drive to arrive in the desert where we began our dune bashing experience. It was absolutely exhilarating and something I would recommend trying at least once in your lifetime. Following that, we had a private quad bike riding experience for about another hour and got to see a few camels on a farm. In terms of what gear to bring, I recommend checking out the description of part one of my Jeddah vlog on YouTube.
RED SEA MALL

I went with my mom to the Red Sea mall to check out what the latest fashion trends in Jeddah were. One of the many shops we went to was Femi9, where my mom got a beautiful matching set. This store had very unique pieces that are perfect for special occasions and vacation wear. I got one as well in a beautiful gold and beige. You will find many stores around, and I highly recommend that you buy some oud while you are there too! It is unique, and one of my favorite things to get while shopping. We also enjoyed chocolate crepes and milkshakes at the Chocochino cafe on the first floor.
